So during lockdown I have been documenting my progress of my physique & it’s just about come to an end now that lockdown is easing from Monday! 👏🏻🥳 so I wanted to share with you some physique shots from week 1 of lockdown to week 10 coming out of the other end! 🌟

Finishing the month with 50 🙂 & some lovely views over the month 🙂😍🌾🍁🍂🍃! Managed to double my original target of 25 miles🏃‍♀️🙂 Great challenge thanks so much 🙂
