Thought this was a great reminder to drink WATER! Unless you are making a CONSCIOUS effort to drink water every day, you likely aren’t drinking enough! Water is ESSENTIAL for our body, skin and brain! It also helps regulate your HUNGER! Most of the time when your brain thinks you need food, you actually just need water (and are dehydrated). Next time you feel a rumble in your tummy, or sit down to eat, drink a full 12oz glass of water first! Your body and mind will thank you for it!

Ce matin au réveil je n’avais aucune envie d’aller à la salle. Je me disais que probablement je me serais endormie à côté d’une barre. 😂😅 Mais j’y suis allée quand même. Pourquoi? Car je me connais et je sais que souvent quand ça m’arrive c’est juste dans ma tête, je sais que une fois à la salle je vais retrouver la motivation. Je sais que toutes le fois ou je me sentais fatiguée, le sport m’aidait à retrouver mes énergies. Et d’ailleurs l’entraînement c’est super bien passé. ⬇️ - Combien d’entraînements louperait-on si à chaque fois que ça nous manque un peu de motivation, on renoncerait à s’entraîner? Combien des résultats aurait-on aussi en moins? ⬇️ - D’ici la différence entre « motivation » et « discipline ». C’est quoi exactement la différence? «La motivation» est le «pourquoi» derrière un objectif. La force qui vous fait soulever des montagnes. La motivation cependant n’est pas toujours linéaire. Vous pouvez être motivé à faire une certaine tâche aujourd’hui. Cela n’implique pas que vous serez motivé pour la faire demain. La «discipline» est la capacité de corriger ce comportement. Si la motivation est liée à l’émotion, la discipline est liée à l’acte. La discipline vous aide à faire le bon choix au bon moment pour votre bénéfice à long terme, lorsque vous voudrez peut-être faire autre chose. ↩️ - “You will never always be motivated. You need to be disciplined”.
